There are several myths about the cause of cancer. Some of the myths are underwire bras cause it (no they don't), water bottles cause it (no they don't), lumpy breasts mean greater risk (no they don't they just make it harder to find a cancer that has developed), it only strikes women with a family history of cancer (80 percent of cases occur where there is no family history), father's family history of it doesn't matter (yes it does matter). One in eight women in the US gets it over a lifetime of 85 years of life.
Have you noticed the PINK on football players' uniforms? Have you noticed all the pink on food packaging? Have you noticed that October is recognized as the month for breast cancer awareness by media and manufacturers?
AstraZeneca, manufacturer of cancer drugs, founded the National Breast Cancer Awareness month in 1985. They founded it in association with the American Cancer Association.
Nancy Brinker, the sister of Susan G. Komen dying of breast cancer, made a promise to Susan that she would find a way to speed up breast cancer research. In 1982 Nancy founded the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in Komen's memory. Through this foundation's efforts over $35 million a year from over 60 causes marketing partnerships with different manufacturers. There are also walking foot races that raise awareness of breast cancer and raise millions of dollars for the cause. Since 1982 the foundation had invested over $1.5 billion for research, education and health services. There are over 100,000 volunteers within a network of 125 affiliates worldwide. In 1991 participants of the New York City race for breast cancer for survivors received pink ribbons from the Komen Foundation.
Did you know that women who had a normal body weight at age 20 and gained weight as they aged nearly doubled their risk of developing breast cancer post menopause? Women who maintain their weight as they age reduce their risk of breast cancer.
This cancer is usually found in the lining of the milk ducts or the extension or lobule that is part of the breast. In advanced cases of cancer the tumor has spread to the lymph nodes in the armpits and other parts of the body. Normally the breast cells divide as needed and stay where needed. Cancerous cells are mutations that destroy normal cells ability to stop dividing and continue dividing and can migrate to other parts of the body.
Dr. Otto H. Warburg in lecture: "Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless secondary causes. But, even for cancer, there is only one prime cause. Summarized in a few works, the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar."
Have pharmaceutical companies researched Alkaline Antioxidant Ionization water appliances value in preventing/curing breast cancer? It's possible but probably hasn't happened. If pharmaceutical companies researched Ionization (oxygenation) of water and found it prevented cancer and or cured cancer would they be able to patent their results? No.
There are Alkaline Antioxidant Ionization water appliances on the market and the pharmaceutical companies couldn't patent the appliance. Without a patent they cannot recoup their research costs nor make a profit from their findings.
Would it be worth it to you to have an Alkaline Antioxidant Ionization water appliance in your home? Would you save money by not buying bottled water as a result of loving the taste of ionized water? Would the appliance help you reduce your weight, improve your health and energy?
