Evolv Health Divas Unite For Susan G Komen 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk

    Evolv Health Divas, a group of independent representatives with Evolv Health, have banded together to raise an incredible amount of money for the 2011 Susan Komen 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk.

    This group, who call themselves the Evolving Divas, are on a mission to create what may possibly be the largest team ever to walk in the Susan Komen 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk. Their goal is to attract a team of like minded team members who revel in the thought of giving back in a major way.

    The Evolving Divas, who by the way will welcome any dudes who wish to join them, will walk for the cure in mini teams throughout the country. In each of the fifteen cities hosting this walk in 2011, they plan to have at least 7 team members participating.

    This will amount to a staggering quarter of a million dollars in funds raised for the Susan Komen foundation.

    Not only will members of their teams throughout the country have the advantages of friendships, support, and training partnerships with one another, but also the core team of Evolving Divas have put together a blog that will help make this a successful venture for all.

    Each team member will have his or her own personal page on the Evolving Divas blog, where they will be able to post a biography, links to their social media sites, and a link to their personal pledge site provided by the Susan Komen Foundation.

    In addition, the group will be participating in fundraising activities over the course of the next year, in an effort to help members raise the necessary funds required to participate in the 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk.

    The first activity, currently underway, is the development of a unique healthy recipe cookbook. The group is accepting recipe submissions and will award prizes to those who submit the most beloved recipes. Additional fundraising activities are being planned which will help all members, while at the same time providing some great products to the group's blog visitors.

    The core group of Evolving Divas came together as a group of women who partnered together as team members in Evolv Health, a holistic health and wellness company based in Dallas, TX. Membership in their Evolv Health team is not a requirement for membership in their Susan Komen 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk team.

    Breast cancer is the second deadliest form of cancer, succeeded only by lung cancer. Millions of lives have been affected by this horrendous disease. With public awareness and money to be put toward research, there is hope that we will see an end to this tragedy in the very near future.
